Public Consulting Group, Inc. (PCG) is contracted by the State of

West Virginia, Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR),

Bureau for Medical Services (BMS) to provide full range of third party

liability (TPL) services.  PCG's current TPL program has several aspects

including casualty/tort recovery and estate recovery which encompass

identifying, verifying, recovering and accounting for resources spent by

Medicaid when viable third party resources exist.  Expenditures include

medical and prescription bills paid on behalf of qualified welfare recipients.

PCG continues its efforts to assist WV by operating cost effective
solutions

for the state including the Health Insurance Premium Payment (HIPP) Project

which shifts the cost of health care from the state (taxpayers) to liable

third parties. PCG also enables providers to utilize our resources for VOID

processing making the business of "take backs" simpler and cost effective.

Just another way Public Consulting Group, Inc. is dedicated to serving the

the people of West Virginia.
