PCG's current TPL program has several aspects including casualty/tort recovery and estate recovery which encompass identifying, verifying, recovering and accounting for resources spent by Medicaid when viable third party resources exist. Expenditures include medical and prescription bills paid on behalf of qualified welfare recipients.
